Latest Release: rezora's New Navigation Menu

Menu Navigation Updates-01 (1)

If you recently logged into rezora, you many notice some things have changed. As of July 21st, we implemented a new navigation menu in rezora. For some, navigating the new menu may be quick and easy to get familiar with. If that's the case for you, no need to keep on reading!
For those of you who are like me and thought, "I just became a pro and knew where to find everything, now it looks different?!" Not to worry, I navigated through it quickly with the help of some videos and have broken down all the changes in the following.

If after reading and watching the following videos, you still feel a bit lost, reach out to support@rezora.com or your account manager and we'll guide you in the right direction.

Agent Account Menu Updates

Automation

Now finding Listing Automation is easier than before because it has its own spot in the menu. Previously, listing automation was location under marketing pieces but now you can manage your listing automation settings by going straight to the main navigation menu and selecting automation.

New Feature: Drip Campaigns!

Our newest feature is Drip Campaigns and is the third menu option in your account. Drip campaigns help promote specific content to a set group of recipients and delivers the right information to them at the right time. Drip campaigns can generate more interaction with your contacts and helps identify the engaged customers and the unresponsive. The company admin can activate drip campaigns for you and your brokerage at an additional cost. Visit the drip campaigns page for more details.

Lead Nurture

We have changed Marketing Pieces to Lead Nurture. Under Lead Nurture you will still be able to select 'Manage Marketing Pieces' and 'Create New Marketing Pieces'. As we continue to grow at rezora, the title Lead Nurture falls more in line with what the marketing pieces provides: the opportunity for agents to nurture their relationships with their contacts.

Campaigns are Collections

This last update on the Sales Agent page is the placement and name of Campaigns. We changed the name to Collections and it is now found under Lead Nurture. With the new Drip Campaigns feature, we found having the previous traditional campaigns and a drip campaign to be too confusing and wanted to distinguish them by changing the name to Collections. If you want to opt into a holiday campaign, you will now find this under Collections.

Company Admin Navigation Menu Updates

Automation

Just like the agent accounts, we updated the navigation menu to include Automation. Now when you need to manage the listing automation templates of your brokerage you can easily do so from the navigation menu.

Drip Campaigns

As noted above, we now have drip campaigns in rezora! Drip campaigns are email marketing campaigns where you create and send a series of automated emails to your target audience based on a specific timeline or recipient action. Drip campaigns are about delivering subscribers the right information at the right time are are a powerful tool for saving time. This in turn leads to higher recipient engagement and trust with your company and as a result, increases brand loyalty and your ROI.

To add drip campaigns to your rezora account, contact your account manager or visit the drip campaigns page when you're logged into rezora.

Lead Nurture

Like the agent level account, we changed Marketing Pieces to Lead Nurture. Under Lead Nurture you will still be able to select 'Manage Marketing Pieces' and 'Create New Marketing Piece".

Changes to Templates

There are four sections we added to the templates drop down menu:

  • Manage Template Access - Having this option allows you to select specific agents or groups of agents and make templates available to them. From the main navigation, you can quickly and easily manage restrictions without needing to open each individual template.
  • Manage Categories - This previously fell under Marketing Pieces and is now under Templates. Managing your categories helps organize the templates by their use, style/theme, etc. for your agents to easily find when they create their marketing pieces.
  • Campaigns Changed to Collections - Like mentioned above, campaigns are now referred to as Collections and for the admin account they will be created and managed under the Templates menu option.
  • Get More Templates - We added this new section to help you quickly find new template designs and styles for inspiration. Or, you can order custom template designs to be created from rezora.
Agents

Our main change to the Agent drop down was the addition of Groups. This used to be a separate menu header but since you manage agents within groups, it felt more appropriate to condense under the agent section. Now when you hover over the agent menu option you can go to groups and manage and create them here.

If you have any questions about the new features in rezora, don't hesitate to as support@rezora.com or your account manager.
