How to get the most out of your holiday campaign

 

Once again, the holidays are around the corner and we’re all wondering where 2015 got the nerve to come and go without warning us. (Can you believe we have less than 2 months before it’s gone for good?) In the spirit of tying things up before the new year, one thing is for sure: you want to end the year strong, but you don’t want to over commit to any new projects that will hinder this. We want you to stay engaged with your customers so they don’t write you off like their 2015 New Year’s resolutions, but we also want you to sit back, relax and take full advantage of your turkey coma. So how, you ask, is this possible?

To follow up with our 2015 Holiday templates, we’ve recently released a 2016 set as well. And to be honest, utilizing these couldn’t be easier.

As the Marketing Admin:

  1. Once you’ve ordered these templates from our rezora template gallery and they’re in your account, you can find them under your Marketing Materials. Remember, you’ll have to un-restrict access to each one since they’ve been put in your account as restricted. After you do this, you can change the subject line and schedule them to go out on your agents’ behalf.

  1. ALL STAR MARKETER MOVE: Set all of your holiday/seasonal pieces up as a single campaign! What is a campaign? A campaign is a group of marketing pieces that share a similar topic or theme. Agents have the option to participate in the Campaign or not. Essentially, they’re a way to group Marketing Materials on the next level of organization. Read more on how to create a campaign here.

As the Agent:

If you participate you, will have access to all of templates your company has chosen to make available, and are opting in to any scheduled pieces. You can opt out of a campaign in the same way you opt out of any singular marketing piece that your Marketing Admin schedules for you. We highly recommend participating in any Seasonal or Holiday Marketing Materials that your Admin puts together for you. We would say it’s as easy as clicking a button, but it’s actually easier. You’re automatically enrolled in scheduled marketing materials (they’ll go out to your primary sphere) unless a) you have no contacts in your primary sphere or b) you click the “opt out” button next to the scheduled piece (this will all be on your dashboard).

Holidays are a great reason to reach out to your contacts and wish them well, and we wanted to be sure you knew how easy it is to do this! And, you don't have to wait until the new year! There are still some holiday pieces left to go out before 2016, so make sure you're taking full advantage of these. Then, you can sit back as your scheduled sends go out and do the work for you.
